My gosh it sure is smelling like spring out there today. Our trees are budding!

Got laundry to take care of today and MAYBE it will be just warm enough to open the windows for an hour or so. THAT would be awesome.

I actually won some money on a lottery ticket! Only $10 but it gives me my dollar back and allows me to buy 9 more tickets over the next couple of weeks without dipping into base money again. Huzzah!

See that's the kind of gambler I am. I always said I would take $50 to a casino. Once its gone, its gone. BUT if I won anything, I would pay myself back my $50 and only use the other 'won' cash to gamble with. $50 at a time. If I had a really big win, I would blow em a kiss and say bye bye. If you're going to start at all, KNOW when to stop I always say. Actually I'm not much of a gambler and casinos have no lure for me. I have never even been in one event hough they're all around me.

I don't mind spending a coupla dollars on lottery tickets...here in Michigan it helps the schools so it goes to a good place.

Dead and Alive, third in the Frankenstien Series by Dean Koontz. I wouldn't say great...but it was pretty darned good. I reserve GREAT for books like To Kill A Mockingbird.
